TestOil.com and Shop.TestOil.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. TestOil.com and Shop.TestOil.com may collect information from our users at several different points on our website.

We use cookies to track your progress on our site, and keep track of your purchases.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Weekly e-mails
If a user wishes to subscribe to our e-mail information list we will ask for name and email address. If a user wishes to become a Member, we will ask for name, username, password and email address. Members will be signed up for our newsletter automatically. Any user may opt out from the newsletter mailing list by hitting the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of every newsletter.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. The site is hosted on a secure server with an SSL certificate. All transactions are either processed by Paypal or authorize.net using secure 256 bit encrypted servers.

Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

SHIPPING POLICY


We ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If we cannot ship within these times we will contact you using the information you have provided. General cutoff time to ensure an order will go out that day is 11am EST. Shipping method is at our discretion – we may use a service different than the one selected at checkout if that service can get your product(s) to you in a shorter amount of time than what was selected at checkout.

It is our policy to ship in compliance with U.S.D.O.T. (US Dept. of Transportation CFR 49) regulations.

Address Problems
Any delivery problems arising from the address provided by the customer are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any fees incurred will also be the responsibility of the customer and will be paid for by the customer. Please ensure the address provided will allow for delivery of the product(s).

Shipping method will be at our discretion.

RETURN POLICY

We will replace defective products. Delays of shipment due to such events as weather conditions, human error, or other reasons will need to be resolved with the shipping company. If a package is damaged during shipment we will replace your order and deal with the shipper for a refund.

We have always offered a 30 Day Product Guarantee should a customer not be completely satisfied. We will happily refund the purchase price for one single bottle of any size of any product. This offer does not extend to multiple bottles of the same product but will apply to different items in a combined order. This is for the product purchase price only and does not include any shipping fees. If the order qualified for “free shipping” the full order amount will be refunded minus actual cost charged to the company for shipping, verification of that amount will be provided to the customer. If you need to return an unopened order, please take the original package to any local UPS store and request that the package be returned to us. It is also helpful if you e-mail us at: customerservice@TestOil.com. This way we will be aware of your return.

Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package immediately to determine whether there has been any damage or leakage. Any damaged goods must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of your goods.
